Some women prefer to use leather coin purses instead of carrying their coins inside their wallets. This is a practical choice if you are going out and will not need any coins, maybe just credit cards, so you can just walk out with just a wallet in hand. With the coins in the coin purse, you can head out with your wallet being as light as a feather.

The squeeze models are nice but with time the parts that make up the squeeze mechanism may lose tension and the purse may open by itself while inside a large purse. It is much better to buy one that seals completely and needs to be opened by hand. One that uses a zipper or clasp to tightly close will do nicely.

You can find many models of leather coin purse online; the only downside is that you lose the ability to touch the items you are buying. Depending on you the features, brands and the origin of the leather it is made from, some purses are cheap and some more expensive. It is also possible to buy a set which includes both the wallet and the leather coin purse; this is a great option for a woman who would likes to match her accessories.
